Hey guys,

Just wanted to make sure this wasn't out of the ordinary, but one pipe is significantly more blue town the pipe than the other. Or do I need to do some more tuning?

Is your bike stock? Obviously one cylinder is running leaner than the other. Someone with more smarts than me will chime in soon I'm sure.

let me guess

Is the left pipe more blue than the right?
Did you do the AI removal and if so did you block
both sides of the air injection (the little tubes on the intake manifolds)
or did you just block off the left side tube?
In stock form the right side does seem to run "leaner"
but that is normal from the ones I have seen due to the AI.
Block off both sides and it should balance out sooner or later
if it's running OK. I have seen that before. IF it's running ok.

Thanks for the input guys. I think I know what happened. I was messing with the bike today and noticed the right side header was loose so I tried tightening the bolt but it was tight already, so I loosened the bolts and took the pipe off and noticed the weld that holds the header to the end that is bolted to the engine broke so the header was not making complete contact with the engine. bummer. tomorrow I will be calling bubs....... worst part is now I wont be riding for a while.

Sounds like a warranty replacement to me. Even if only to have them as spares.
