I've got an oil leak on the right side cover middle bolt on the top. Yesterday was the second time that it's been to the dealer and both times they changed the gasket. They got to work on it as soon as I walked in the door. The service department at my dealer has been outstanding A+ for effort.
But the leak has come back started just as I pulled into the driveway yesterday. It's not coming from around the gasket but form the bolt on the cover. I'm just wondering if the screw could be undersized (every things torqued to the correct specks and as far as I know not over tightened) or if the engine cover could be the culprit. I would be glad to here from anyone with similar experiences at least I would have some suggestions for the service department.

Is it coming from the cover that Bryan shows in the pic?

If not, what cover are you talking about?
