Also, I believe that the engine breather is routed into the air box to send the vapors back into the engine to burn them. There's a drain on the back of the box to allow excess oil and condensation to drip down under the bike....it may be clogged or kinked. It's no fun to get to; I'd trace it down to the underneath of the bike and then put a smaller hose into it (a tight fit, naturally) and try blowing through it. I had the same problem some years back, but had my dealer take care of it. Had the hose fall off a couple of months back, used the aforementioned small hose snaked up from underneath to guide the drain hose back into place....no fun at all.
