Took my 74' trident for a ride the other night, and sadly came home missing an oil cooler reflector. It appears the glue bond between the rubber backing and metal surface failed.... Got a replacement oem reflector. Wondering if anyone out there knows what adhesive would be most effective... Thanks for any help!

Metal to rubber,superglue would seem to be ideal.Read the instructions as there are now several types of this superglue on the market

I read a thread on this less than a week ago but I don't remember where.

Check all of GatorSnapper's Trident thread and see if there was a link on it about this. That's probably where I saw it.

It was a way to make sure they didn't grace the ditches and stayed on tight.

Wow great info, thanks guys! I will try the tech tip with the wire and let you know how it goes. I'll do the existing side as well. Them reflectors aren't cheap!
