What are the switch positions on the ignition switches in the rest of the world? We're stuck with OFF - ON (igniton, lights, everything) - and P (just the parking lights with the ignition off).

My 2005 UK model T100 has the same as you describe. In fact, I think they have the same the world over. The only difference in switchgear I know of is that prior to the 2004 model year (I think), UK bikes still had a headlight on/off switch in the right hand cluster where there is now a blanking plate. I think the US (and some other "lights on" markets) have always had the blanking plate ever since the Bonnie was introduced. What else would you like the ignition switch to do?

BikeBandit offers a switch for the non-CA/UK/US market. I'm wondering what the difference is.

Mine has OFF-ON-PARK. (UK spec)

The only one I've not used is PARK.

I'm thinking of changing it for something more useful.
