Hi All,

I personally am not a huge fan of seats that expose the frame underneath (I am just guessing that this is what "BRAT style" refers too).

However, at the same time I feel the stock bonniville seat is a little fat/bulky.

I was going to order this but it seems they don't have any stock (with foam). it says its 1' narrower, which would I think have made all the difference.

Anyone see any other options or found a middle ground?

Cheers,
Simon

I like the Burton DS003. It's a bit more sixties style and about an inch narrower than stock, it is taller though.

I had seen that and also really like it. However being a short ass, I can barely get my feet on the ground as it is, so if anything want to go thinner :)

I have just picked up an 2007 Bonne seat for a decent price. Will see if I cant take down the sides a little and round out the top edges to make it look more slimline.

Have a look at the MAS race seat.

The seat fits over the side of the rails and is great to lower the overall seat height. Whilst they do not make them anymore I am sure that you could fabricate one up
Thanks Steve. yep, thats pretty much what I am going for. I managed to locate a 2008 bonneville seat that I am going to trim down and re-upholster.
Will prbably do a post on it when done... Hopefully this week.

Burton told me they could make the DS003 seat a little lower to match the OEM seat on a T100. I think the upcharge was about $40.
