Really nice weather here for ride to work yesterday, 45 or so in the morning and a record high of 70. Today, freezing drizzle and 21. bummer.

It's coming down our way and yesterday I bought some cold weather mittens I plan on trying rather than my winter riding gloves. The gloves even with liners still let my finger tips get cold.

Hopefully Sunday will be cold in the 20s to test them out.

Yes, I'm sick, but curious about the mittens now. I'll see if it gets at least to the lower 30s tomorrow to try them.

They actually give better control than I thought.

Looks like I won't be riding to Dallas though early this week due to ice already being on the roads all the way down to Waco. I'm sick but I'm not crazy to ride on ice.

My grand kids suffer from allergies so I'm glad you're all getting relief.

Soon spring will be here, you'll have bigger bores and new carbs, dashing all around town in a blur.

I'd still like to watch (and help) when you take the engine apart.

thanks for the offer! I'm still waiting on parts, but expect to start the teardown in the next 2-4 weeks. I'll drop a line.
