I've always wanted tolearn to ride, then life happened. So now I'm 31 and after getting the go ahead from the boss, I happened upon a 2012 Diablo Red Thruxton with 1100 mile. Sold! I've had a friend show me the basics and I'm taking the BRC on 01Jun. Until then, I've been working the drills at the open end of my apartment parking lot and counting the days until I get the endorsement on my lisence.

Great first choice for a bike. It is pedestrian enough to be a good learner, but you can grow with it. I have had everything from an R1 to my Thruxton. It will serve you well!

Keep your head on a swivel, focus 110% on your surroundings and know your limits but most of all, enjoy. Riding can be nirvana.
