Im looking to get a new set of mufflers for my thrux. And was thinking about Emgo reverse cone mufflers. I was wondering of what people thought of them and how much they usually go for.

Also will I have to get my bike rejetted if i just change out the mufflers?

You will probably have to rejet with a muffler change, if you change the air filter, or do an airbox elimination kit, or anything on the carb side of the motor you'll definately have to rejet.

Check out British Customs Predators

I have a set of these and they sound and look fantastic, nice and loud, polished stainless and look great! No baffles to repack either.

I have a pair of Emgo reverse cone shortys on my 99TBS. They seem to be pretty nice quality. Have had mine on at least a year with no problems. Be warned they are very loud. I had to use dirt bike packing material and make my own baffle system to tone them down. They do sound fantastic and are much lighter than the factory pieces(about 8lbs). For the price they can't be beat. Think I paid $40 a piece for them.
