The bike starts fine cold,but when it warms up and then the neutral light goes out and refuses to restart till i pull the clutch in-any ideas? suspect its a faulty switch,but where?

Looks like a faulty/intermittant neutral switch. Besides preventing starter operation, the clutch & neutral switches also connect to the igniter. If the sidestand is down, a ground must be supplied to the igniter from clutch or neutral switch or the engine will cut out. Warming oil may well have an effect on a marginal neutral switch which does have some wear issues which IIRC have been discussed on the T3 Sport Touring section. Try a search there for more info?
