Here is a picture of my 55 Thunderbird that has been in my family since 1960. I just found the invoice & registration papers for the first time my Dad bought it. My Dad never drove a car & I can remember working on this with him when I was 12!!!

For sure. What a magical fantastic amazing rig! An absolute time capsule. If that bike could talk.
I would do a rebuild and keep the patina. It's a solid gold bit of history. Love it!

Brilliant! Amazing to see the original Poly’ Blue.
I have a ‘52 that I rebuilt from a basket case in the early 90s, there’s also a ‘51 Thunderbird on here, I’m sure he’ll be along in a bit.

Cool dad for sure, Lucky U! Sweet vintage project motobike for sure and side car too. I was born in 57’ i am almost as old as that bike, I guess I am due for restoration myself, now that’s going to b a project…lol…FTG
