Spent a couple months tearing into this, most of it was waiting for paint and bodywork. Very pleased to be on the road again!

Thruxton seat/cowl
British customs fender delete
Bonneville tank pads
Bonneville gators
Off road handle bars
British customers Napoleon mirrors
More to come!

Nice looking bike, rode one of the 1st thunderbirds when they came out in 95. With those bars recon she'd be pretty handy in the twisties.

i wasn't sure at first, but it works. Nicely done. I especially like the paint. Is it Matte, flat? how much that run you? I'm considering doing something similar to my bike.

Yeah it's matte black! The tank, side covers, and cowl cost me $400 for a body shop to do the painting, and I had the original paint sandblasted for around $90.

Just received my daytona tire hugger. I will post pics of it when it's installed! I also thought of a really cool way to hide the battery and electrics to give my bike that "see through" look. Very excited about this build.

Daytona hugger added last night. Bolted right up! No more water all over my electrics!
