Does anyone know a good web site for observational astronomy data such as times of moonrise, when the various planets rise and set, etc? I've been trying for days to catch the moon as it rises so I can get some good pictures, and the internet is really toying with me to an unacceptable degree. Last night I stood on a ridge for well over an hour waiting for the moon to come up. I watched Aldebaran rise (thinking at first it was an airplane, it was so red), and when the moon finally came up, it was almost an epiphany. But I wouldn't have minded fingers that weren't numb.

I wouldn't have minded the camera battery being full, either... :p

Darn it, Tbird, I thought I'd scoped the site for surveillance cameras! I won't be going back there again!

The heavens above site looks very useful. And it agrees with the navy site too. Thanks, guys!
