Open to suggestions........My 1200 trophy has been kept inside (and I mean in the house--I'm single) all winter here in Nevada. Miles, less than 8000. Kept on a trickle charger and started every few days.
Today I started it and it had an intermittant misfire on the exhaust cycle, one cylinder on the right exhaust, and it would pop out the exhaust when accelerated.
Need suggestions before I strip the bike needlessly.

Thanks to all in advance,
Jim

You have probally fouled a sparkplug(s). Without riding her and just letting her idle will do it everytime. Plus it doiesn't cost anything to check!

Has anyone tried the iridium plugs? used them in my BMW and it eliminated all surging with the infamous FI of the early FI BMer's.
