I am coming up on 10,600 miles on my 2005 Tiger with Michelin Anakees. As you can tell I am not an aggressive rider. Outside of some slight cupping on the rear I should be able to ride them safely to the 12,000 mile service. I am thinking about changing tires and going with the Michelin Pilot Roads but the feedback I have been given
is that Michelin only makes the Pilot Road for the rear tire and not for the front of the Tiger.

I may just stick with the Anakees for outstanding mileage
sake but I may want to go with a stickier tire to amp up
my riding style a bit.

Being from the US has anybody out there found a front Pilot road for there Tiger?

Where'd you order it if so?

Thanks in advance..................

I'm running the Pilot Roads on my '05 Tiger, and love them. Donelson Cycles in St Louis got them for me. I'm not sure if they stock them all the time, but they got them for me. If the mail order guys don't know about them, just ask to speak with Carl, he'll take care of you. BTW, their prices are competitive with any I've found, and they're great people to deal with.

I've not heard a bad word about the Pilot Roads.

I'm trying Continental Road Attacks (see my long winded and tedious blg on here somewhere), and have found them to be very satisfactory in all weathers.

Cheaper in the UK than the Pilots, that's pretty much the reason I bought them - and feedback from users especially their wet weather performance.

Thanks for the replies. I checked a couple of mail order companies on line and they don't show the pilot road tire
that fits the Tiger. My notes show that my front is a 110/80R19 and the rear is a 150/70R17. I'll give them a call
and see if they stock it and maybe just don't show it
on there website.

Thanks again.

I was just at Donelson's today, and they have your sizes in stock. You can call them at 800-325-4144, or order them online - free shipping, no tax. I'm not associated with them in any way other than being a happy customer for many years.

I went throug two sets of Pilot Roads and liked them. I'm running a set of Avon 45/46 tires now and like them better. California Sport Touring either stocks, or can order, the 19" fronts.
I am running a set of Avons and they are very good in the wet and dry. I push my Tiger hard and have no problems at all, mileage looks about the same as I got out of the Tourances about 3K
