On my Trophy 1994 there is a small brass jet on the underside of the main jet.
I think these were originally press fitted to the carb body, unfortunately one the carbs simply doesn't have one.
The man at triumphant reckons they are a recurring problem and they definitely aren't available separately.

Any help appreciated.

Got a pic? The only jets on the bottom side of the carb body are the main jet, pilot jet, and the float valve seat. These are covered by the float bowl. There is also the pilot air scew outside the float bowl. Then there is the needle jet that goes down from the top of the carb body and sets against the main jet. And the choke needle assembly that goes into the side of the carb body.
