I just installed the Leo Vince GP EVOII exhaust. It came with the optional quiet tip insert installed. I am have difficulty removing the tip. I have removed the required bolt that holds it in but the tip seems to be wedged in there pretty good. I was wondering if anyone has any tricks to make removal easier. Thanx.

Slide hammer + a hook tip are your friends.

Also worth doublechecking that there are no spot welds holding the baffle in. On many recent pipes the weld has to be there in order for the pipe to be certified for EU road use. If the weld is there, you will have to chisel it out first.

Edit. If it is just stuck in, then cold spray on the baffle is one option to loosen things up.
