I haven't ordered recently, but have had several transactions with no issues. I would order from them again.

I would check to see that they have what you want in stock. Then it should just be shipped with no hassels.

Lots of quality parts choices. When I ordered recently quick service and the item was in stock, price was bad either. I like to spread the wealth around amongst the vendors.

I recommend them. I used their site to order a sprocket for a friend's Ninja. Ended up with a sprocket for a different year's bike (the site menus put the wrong one in the shopping cart). I received the sprocket and called them. I got a human on the phone quickly who researched the issue and fixed it right away- they immed. shipped the correct sprocket and said to send the other back at my leisure using a UPS shipping code they provided. No extra charges and friendly service.

parts411 sucked big time in multiple ways on my one order with them (as i refuse to give them my business again), and didn't correct anything in a hurry. have never heard a bad thing about KD.
