Hi All,
Just taken delivery of shiny new fork stanchions (cheaper than getting mine refurbished) and a YSS rear shock.
Would appreciate some advice on the following:
The new Stanchions are the same as the old with one exception. A nylon/plastic insert in the end (see pic) I believe this to be the oil lock.. does anybody know how I get it out to put it in the new Stanchions?

Feels like there’s a circlip behind it.... might get a big drift and see if I can batter it out from behind...

Thanks Nurse Bill... got it out with a long aluminium drift... the rear shock is for a Sprint but is length adjustable so I guess it could fit a number of bikes....
