hi all, first post this year so a happy new year one and all. my bikes due a service and i am contemplating a k&n air filter. anyone used these and have any thoughts on them such as how effective, does the jetting need altering value for money etc.

I've got one for my Sprint. I have not yet installed it. I understand that there is a small modification to the airbox for the installation. To get to the airbox one must remove the carburetors. I've done that before, but clearly the person who designed the airbox never intended to change the filter himself....
I think I'm going to 127.5, 125, 127.5 up from stock 125, 120, 125.
You might want to check the mikuni carb settings/debate in this forum.
