I'm running 42, 1 shim on Thrux needle, and 155 mains, mix screws are 1.25 turns out. I think I could almost go bigger on the main, but it's running really strong. I did have 2 shims on the needles and it was running too rich, just pulled one off last weekend and it's running better than ever.

boboso, you may want to drop a shim and go bigger on the mains. Maybe order up some 140, 145 and 150s?

Monkeyboy, mine runs better than stock, much more power (relatively) and starts more easily and warms up more quickly than stock. They're pretty easy to get tuned 95% right, and a good dyno run will narrow it down that last little bit.

I wouldn't be afraid of doing the airbox elim b/c of jetting worries. You could probably start where anyone is on this thread and be pretty close.

42 pilots, 1 shim on thruxton needles (stock needles), and 140-155 mains should get you near perfect.
