A week or two back I posted on what other jets could be used as I couldn't get genuine Keihin/Triumph Jets.

The Honda Part no to suit, for a 135 Main jet is 99101 - KPE - 1350

This is an Australian part number and I am not sure if it would be the same else where but it is a start.

These jets are around $10 a throw as opposed to $15 from Triumph. Yes for our US friends that is $10 to $15.00 each.... Not the measly $3 each you guys are paying - But I guess freight is a real killer on these parts

"jets" are all about the size of the orifice. physical size determines flow.
they make some very small drill bits you know...which are what manufacturers use to make the hole in "jets'

the smaller ones are like human hair. I have these for sax repair.

what size hole are you wanting? if it's bigger than this, look at a numbered set of bits commonly found in hardware or tool supply.
at $15 a pop for an experiment, I believe I'd invest in tools.

these micro bits take a small chuck....which you can mount on a bolt and chuck up in your normal drill press...or lathe.

with a couple of jet blanks, you can make EXACTLY what you want, and sell off the losers to jet junkies.
