Hi all...

last weekend I installed NARK and D&D Pipes on my 2007 T100.
I had the AI removed long time ago.

I put in the 150 main jet but left the pilot jet stock (40).

It ran fine during my first 2 test ride (20 miles each).

I washed the bike later that evening and the next day i noticed that the carb is coughing on Sunday Morning... each time I put in to gear it chocked and cough...

I let the engine run with the choke pull fully...maybe for about 5 minutes...then it was okay...so I went to fill-up the gas...

I was thinking that was water in the carb and its all out now...

But then on Monday morning it did it again but not as much as Sunday morning...

Tuesday morning it did it again, better than Monday morning..

yesterday afternoon I put in Seafoam and run it... it still cough around 2500-3000 rpm...

This morning it did it again but much less than yesterday...

So is this water in the carb due to washing?
I thought water may spill on to the K&N filter...

Or could it be the pilot jet size need to be increased to 42?

Drain your carbs into a clear container, like a glass jar. Water and gas don't mix, if you have any water in there it will sit on the bottom of the container. You'll be able to see it.

If you do find water, check the fuel in your tank, too.....

it's probably not water in your carbs but water in one of the electrical connections.

Water in carbs, pop your bowls and have a look.
