The dealer told me my blue bike is an '07. It doesn't have the cover on the exhaust, but does have the O2 there. I don't have the VIN right now, but I remember the plate manufacture date was 06/06. Was gives? The insurance ran the VIN and it came up as an '07 Triumph Speed Triple. Now I'm confused and might be pissed....... it is BLUE though...

My date IS 06/06 but the VIN is WAY different from JontyG's. SMT500PK57J280...

Well, someone on here posted their new '07 was getting almost 60MPG. I know mine is only getting around 41MPG. This doesn't sound like mine has the new ECU, but it is suppose to be an '07...... :???:
