I've been to bloomington plenty o' times and there are some good roads down that way. Thanks for the reminder, Liontari. The Indy Triumph R.A.T. pack meets on Thursdays so that's out. I'll check the web for some of their rides though.
the indy pack rode to westbaden on the 14th. several of the riders went on a track day on the 15th. i think the forum needs to have a area to post possible rides or people who want to form a ride . my hours at work are random and my schedule is 7 days a week.. the r.a.t. meeting are fun but i can only make about half of the meetings and half of the rides. i missed the westbaden,mammoth cave and the dayton air force museum rides... joe
I have a 2006 Scrambler with about 30k on the clock.
Apart from changing the oil and filter annually and I think chain and brake pads once, I have done zero maintenance on the bike. The bike runs very strong but I am beginning to feel a little guilty.
What maintenance things should I do ? To...
What does everyone use on their chain? I've been using this stuff because it doesn't flick oil all over my back wheel: Maxima Chain Wax - RevZilla
Now I'm wondering if it does as good a job as regular chain lube does maintaining the chain. Thoughts?
