But i have wanted a Tiger for awhile, and need somthing alittle lighter with no bags.

The bags on the Sprint are removable!

The Tiger is a sweet bike that was high on my list of bikes to get!

You will love the Tiger,I went the other way.Tiger 955i to Sprint 1050.Two totally different bikes,two great rides.Enjoy.

....... I've ridden both and the Tiger is a more relaxed ride position.However the Sprint does it for me in most aspects.

But you'll find Tigerland isnt too far away from Sprintland.

I found the Tiger to have a bit too much 'top heavy' feel for me, felt very strange after getting off the Sprint. But, I reckon like everything else you get used to it.

I had the same experience when I test rode a demo Tiger back in 07. It felt very tall. I'm 5'11' with 32" inseam, and I was on my tippy toes. Plus it had a funky throttle response. Very jerky in low speeds.

Maybe the newer Tigers have changed. Or maybe the Tiger I was on wasn't set up properly. Or maybe it's an acquired taste. Or maybe I'm full of soup.
