Here's my opinion.
I had the Ikon 7614s and front springs. The 7614s took an enomormous amount of preload to reach the proper sag. Not sure why. The forks springs felt too stiff. I weigh 150 pounds, so this may have had something to with it.

If I were you, I would get shocks that could be sprung to my proper weight, such as Works or Ohlins (which I eventually bought.) Having the correct springs for your weight is the most important thing.

A lot of people look at the Ikon spring and assume that because it is progressive and longer than stock, it is better. This is not so. Every suspension tuner recommends straight rate springs because the air inside the fork is already progessive by nature. Again, the most important thing is that you get the correct springs for your weight. I got mine from Traxxion Dynamics and like them much better than the Ikons.

Like Curefan, I'd recommend Works Performance or another outfit that will get springs and shocks matched to your weight. I used Works about ten years ago, and my experience then was very good. The tech I spoke with took my weight, riding style, passenger information, etc. The shocks were excellent. When I replace the rear shocks on my Thrux, I'll use them.

Bonus, the Works shocks for the Thrux are ride height adjustable -Wilburs also has ride height adjustable shocks, but they're more expensive.

My front forks are currently out to Race Tech for rebuild and revalving. They have my weight information, so I'm expecting a big improvement over stock. Better springs, cartridge emulators and a fork brace...can't wait, but unforrtunately winter is almost here :(

I've got Ikon rear shocks (Thrux-length) and Ikon fork springs (with 15w oil) on my Bonneville, and I absolutely love them. The combination is definitely stiffer than stock, but I weigh 250 pounds so this is not a bad thing. This upgraded suspension is awesome in the twisties -- my bike remains composed through turns even on pavement that's rough enough to make my riding buddies on Speed Triples have their bikes get skittish on them. It feels like I'm riding on rails. (For what it's worth, I'm running the rear shocks with medium preload (second of three settings) and the damping adjuster set to 2, I think.)
