Which model's oil filter works in the daytona? I can find filter numbers, but that just seems to confuse them..What should I ask for?

Why not have a look at the Sprint forum "Sprint ST Aftermarket Part Numbers - 2nd try". There is a list of alternate oil filters for the 955i, and these will surely fit your Daytona.

We used to use the Honda MM-9 filters on our 97-01 Daytonas (Used on the Blackbirds, among others). Your's is a different engine generation, though, so may be different.
