I'd just order up a new idle adjustment screw if I were you ... In fact, someone on here probably has an old spare laying around they'd happily send to you ... It's more than just a certain thread ... it's a specific length and fitted with an o-ring ... the part is probably SUPER cheap from most parts suppliers ...

I don't need a replacement. I want to drill out and tap the other side so I have access to the pilot circuit. Thought it would be easier to use a screw made for that hole. I know people have done it from reading other forums over the years and I did this to my Norton years ago, but can't remember the thread info. Just thought I'd try here first.
