Long story short: I sold a brand new / never used Low Seat via ebay to someone in California, and it seems the US Customs or shipping company tried to open the package, making small tears / cuts in the fabric.
  1. is this something that can easily be repaired? if so, should it be at the Triumph dealer, or else?
  2. is it actually leather or an imitation leather fabric?

Thanks a lot for your recommendations @HiDesert ! It's a brand new / unused seat, cuts/tears probably happened during shipping. I don't intend to keep the seat (I have the original seat, this one is the Low Seat version). The reason I was mentioning Triumph is that they might be able to replace the cover altogether, so I can sell the seat again in a New condition.
