19mm and 24mm.I`ve adjusted it 3 times in 15 thousand miles,and one of those because I changed the back tire. :-D

You should check it every time you lube it, about every 300 miles or after a ride in the rain, etc.

If you aren't particularly hard on the bike it should seldom need adjusting. I adjusted mine at 600 miles and it is still fine at 6500.

Keep it on the loose side of the recommended range. Better a slightly loose chain than a tight one.
