Okay I'm cheap, but I recently received the new Idle Adjustment screws from new.thruxton and now I need a d-tool to install them...

Has anyone made one and can you post a how to and/or a pic? I simply want to remove the existing ones, install the new "tool-less" ones and be done with it.

Thanks!

Some use a .22 shell that has been crimped.

I used the plastic coated wire connectors (you know, they come in red, yellow, and blue, and you crimp wires together with them). You just need to get the screws out once, then you can cut a slot into them for a flat-head....or use your new screws.

WARNING

Do not loose the rubber washers when removing the screws.

Bob, PM me your address and I'll send mine to you, if you'll send 'er on back when you're done.

If you figger out how to make one great, but you're welcome to borrow mine.
PM sent and thanks for the offer. Look for a goodie on the return trip
