I just started to notice a cam rattle on my Tbird 900 (97) 27000 miles on the clock. I took the cover off to find tensioner guide has broken, The chains in one piece but without the guide its loose, hasn't jumped a tooth, How do i Fix (Replace This)? is it an engine strip? or is there a
less Painful way. Does any body know if these guides go because of stretched chains rattling or are they known for being weak parts?

thanks for any Help in advance.
