Welcome to the site. I immediately noticed the Fayetteville location and had to ask if you heard of, or knew what happened to Red Neighbor's Triumph/BSA shop. I rode a '56 TR6 out of there in the late '50s, along with a 'new '58 Ariel Square Four I traded my Triumph for. I left Ft. Bragg for Okinawa in '60 and didn't get back to CONUS until '64. Didn't have another bike until '81 so kinda lost touch with the community. Anyway, glad to see you're now on a Triumph!
Ahhhh. FayettNam, With the FayetteCong. A friend was a master seargent and survival instructor in Panamá... He And I are doing a road trip there to the PX, he needs to stock up on certain Scottish refreshments. I will be on a Sprint Exec. touring bike, he wants to ride his pushbike down there. Think i will give him a days head start....he will still probably beat me, but the Sprint has more cargo capacity than his bike.
