Stopped at my Triumph dealer today to pick up a T-shirt they order for me and was pleasantly surprised when the mechanic told me they just installed a set of the BC sleepers on a Bonnie. OMG ! The sound clip they posted does not come any where close to the actual sound of these pipes. They are awesome! Nice deep throaty sound, and look gorgeous to boot. I don't know if any of you are familiar with Cycle Shack slip-ons for Harleys, but they have that same deep tone that goes right to the soul. I have been trying to figure out with ones I'm gonna get get this spring and noe I know... the SLEEPERS ! Can't get the sound out of my head....:p

That's good info to have - I'm sure we are going to see (hear) of a lot more sleepers being installed!

Wow!
Love them. Looks, styling, construction and throaty sound.
Crack the throttle and look out!
Great cruise sound also.

Happiness is important too Flaco!

Income tax refunds were invented for motorcycle improvements - that's what I used mine for too!

Yeah guys, I was and still am blown away ! I'm definitely getting them with the basic performance kit. Waiting for the weather to warm up here so I can ride to the dealer to have the mods done. The dealer is 70 miles away and the temps are in the teens  so I'll have to wait paitently......

Yup!
We'll see what my neighbors say when I take off to work at 5:00 a.m. this morning!:AngryFinger:
The Sleepers are Keepers!
Basic performance package will be a hot seller for sure...
But save up for direct linkage throttle carbs too!

The trick there is to keep off the throttle until out of annoyance range I reckon. That's just good manners. That's what I do anyway - burble through towns and villages, roar around the countryside. Works for me, and I'm known as "the nice british chap with the old bike" - well, they don't know any better, do they? :D

I know vids and clips dont do any muffler justice, but to me they sound rather tame. have you heard the bubs and commando specialist pipes . so maybe you could let me know the volume differences. I thought the bubs were just right,as in volume.the commandos i am using at the moment and think there a little raspy.Dont want to spend almost $1000 AUS and find out i wont use them.

Sleepers

Here is a youtube video...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7OnOOaeeEA
The video DOES NOT do justice to these pipes!

I'll try and shoot a video of my bike this weekend with the Sleepers on the road, if I can get a driver and camera man to film along side me...
My two son's didn't make it down last weekend...
Everyone that has seen and heard them, are all thumbs up!
Even my HD buds, guys at work, Vintage Bike Night, Rat's and riders that I pass to and from work as well as my 250 mile ride last Saturday...
