...kind of. What is the little light in the middle for that is on all the time.? I get asked that all the time and I have no clue.

I figure it's the parking light. Check it with the ignition switch in the park position.

From what I gathered it is a legal requirement in Europe or England that when 'parked' a white light needs to be visible from the front (or something along those lines), thus the little bulb to not draw too much power whilst parked :-D
