My 72 daytona has an older front end grafted on it . Just wondering what kind of options or switches a 72 daytona should have compared to a like 68? Like a kill switch or signal lights ? Whats on the left side of the bars and what is on the right and here is the stupied 1, is the dipper switch low to high beam?

OK, Slim..

I'm going to try to go back 36 years in my memory........on the l.h. side was the high/low dimmer switch blade, above it was the horn button, below was the high beam flasher (defined as "road rage" in some circles of today's politically correct society); on the right was the turn signal blade with the "Kill button" above it and the lower button was either dead or blanked off. Sorry if I'm wrong on any of it, but I sold the bike in 1974. Can't remember about the dimmer switch, but if it was like my '70, up is low beam and down is high.

The memory of the "village idiot" is fast becoming just a memory: Jim
