I guess the last two days of 40 degree weather (snow now) have gotten my motorcycling genes up and running again. I got a garmin nuvi as a present and wanted to take it cycling. I have an 01 tt600 and with the clip on bars, I don't really know if I have any space for a gps mount. I didn't see a thread on this but I may have missed it. Some people just stick it in their pocket but I'd rather not be fumbling with my pockets at 70+ on a long trip. Any advice?

Velcro on the fuel tank perhaps? In a tank bag with one of those clear tops? I don't think there much chance of finding a place to clip it to the bars, and the clocks are a bit close to the triple clamps to make some kind of bracket for it there.

Tank bag

Yeah I like the tank bag idea. It has a suction cup (for the car) but some people commented online that they had issues with speedbumps . . . specifically their GPS turning into one. I just ordered a bag, hopefully it has a clear plastic lens. Thanks,

Dave
