This seal came out of the gearshift cover. I don't see a corresponding size in either the gasket kit or the seal kit.

It's the oil seal and oil seal housing that go into the outer case around the kickstart shaft. Not usually in the gasket set.
The housing is part no. 57-1955 and the seal is part no. 57-1956.
It's a seal, so why isn't it on the seal card?

Is it the seal for the kickstart shaft ? -- cant remember if its the same on the dry frame T120 - but on the T140 the seal sits in a steel "housing " that is pressed into the ali outer gearbox cove the housing is re-used - the replaceable seal is an all "rubber" flexible seal

Thanks for the help guys. I know what it is, where it goes and what it consists of and the part numbers. After all I removed it from the cover. Both kits were sourced from The Bonneville Shop, so I'm sure John will chime in eventually.
