Thanks Ckickenstrip. I'll convert that into metric as even though we are out of the bureaucratic EU, we haven't converted back to imperial measures yet sadly (y)

Ooops, sorry about that. I've been telling myself that I need to thoroughly adopt metric. It hasn't happened yet but there's still time. :)

In the UK, I've got these o-rings from rs components and eriks - Search term: o-ring | ERIKS shop UK ( that link should take you to their online shop, generic search for o-rings )

I see my 'local' branch in Wrexham Industrial Estate is no more.
I rang Erik's and explained what I wanted them for, in the end I got a bag of 10 for free if I was prepared to make the journey.

I'v just tried measuring the spares I have & although it's quite hard to measure loose O-rings accurately they seem to be about 1.8 thick, outside diameter is around 11mm & internal diameter around 7.6mm.
The Triumph part number I have is T1240181, (as mentioned by Chickenstrip) & the Parker number is c731104. The Parker ones are 100% Viton so I assume the Triumph ones are the same.

Thanks for your replies. Been busy so late reply!

Ordered some viton O rings from eBay. Much cheaper than Triumph. And the good news is that the metal quick connectors have stopped the leak. Expensive but worthwhile.

In the UK these O rings are 1.78 x 7.65 mm (BS011) shore 70 Viton. They really should be replaced every time they're uncoupled.
