Looks like a good option assuming it fits, retaining the classic retro style. I retained similar look at lower cost with a Cibie lens and LED H4 replacement bulb a few years ago and has been working well on my 2013 Thrux. Let us know how it works out if you proceed as i know others will be interested.

It should work fine. Make sure you you have the wires in the head light bucket harness properly installed. It will be tight fit in the rear. My sole concern, The product does not state it is DOT compliant. It may technically be illegal. That doesnt make it bad. It may be brighter, whiter, better beam pattern and more durable. 99% of the time it will never be a problem. Find the cop thats having a bad day. You have a ticket.

An LED H4 replacement bulb with the oem reflector is a significant improvement. Unfortunately the reflector is not optimized for an LED.

One of the great bonuses of going LED is less strain on the electrical system. I had to lower my idle when I upgraded to the Ridged Industries 55002. Brightest Whitest DOT available in 2017 when I installed it. It does not have the classic look lens. But it makes it up with a low beam that is simply magical. The light pattern is like nothing you have seen before. It is radically better than anything I have used before. Combined Ridgid Industries Mini Igniter Spotlights it can light up an 8 lane expressway. The sole complaint I have is the High Beam. Spotlights on or off, the beam will be significantly narrower and less white. Distance is improved but at the expense of width of pattern an " brightness of the first 150 feet.

Once you go LED. You can never go back. You will be amazed at what you where missing

Make sure the wires in the headlight bucket harness are installed correctly. The fit in the back will be restricted. My only issue is that the product makes no mention of being DOT compliant. Technically, it might be forbidden.

Although I'm a great lover of LED lights, installing one as a motorcycle headlight has a lot of drawbacks.
Great sealed beam light on my '83 with replacement bulb! I couldn't fit any bulb I wanted to use in the headlight bucket since they all had enormous heat sinks.
So I chose a fan-less option, but the light output was disappointing; it had a nice pattern but wasn't bright enough.
After considering sealed beam LED swap possibilities (which all involve unsightly LED clusters or haphazard projectors, by the way), I discovered Holley's approach.
It's an OE-looking LED sealed beam that is even available in OE light colors.
