If you use your back muscles to hold you weight it should overcome the feeling of the bars being/feeling to low after you get used to it. I'm the same height and have the stockers and have always used the back to hold my weight and not had a problem over the last five years and 82,000 miles, personal opinion. Anyway awesome it runs well and you likey. Have fun, ride safe keep posted. :upthumb:

they looked like gen mar bar risers, actual St bars are alittle bit higher yet and further back,i tried ST bars on my bike-didn`t like it(felt like a dirt bike),went back to the stock +gen mars,I`m 6ft and long in torso too.they may work for you though.

I've got pics of the LSL setup in my photo album.

There's a similar but cheaper setup out there. It fits 7/8" bars also. I can't remember who makes it. I remember somebody on this site posting pics. I would do it instead of LSL if I had to do it over again.
The LSL works fine and looks fine. I am just cheap.
