it turns out that the 2 stepper motors i bought for my 01 sprint st were not the problem.....the ECU is cooked...thats nice and cheap so i finally wised up and traded it in (he's gonna part it out) and bought me a NEW 2012 street triple..now to be patient with breaking it in, shouldn't be to difficult since i rode that 01 a total of 4 times over the summer
