While putting a sissy bar on my 06' T100 I had a heck of a time removing the rear fender mounts. Do they require a special tool? (or maybe someone with more skill than a "tool" such as I).
Now that I've stripped 3 of the 4 (but got them back on with vise-grips - yikes!) any advice on replacements? OEM from the shop (I'm sure they're as reasonably priced as their oil, heh.) or substitutes?
Thanks, stay safe.

Nope, just standard metric torxs wrenches. They are only torqued to 10 or15 lbs/ft at most.
