When I was thinking about purchasing the Epco exhaust for my Legend, I couldn’t find a sound bite that would help with my decision making. So I took a leap of faith, ordered it from British Customs and installed it on my bike. I thought it mite help others considering this exhaust if I posted it on You Tube. Here’s the link, I hope this helps.

Sounds nice. You must be happy! Noticed you have no crackling on decel either. Good one.

Hi rixmix,

I have seen your film on youtube. A really fantastic sound! Exactly what I am looking for my '98 Legend.

Unfortunately, I do not think at EPCO exhaust just for the Legend. What exhaust have you taken? The compounds fit exactly or did you have to rebuild anything?

I am from Germany and would like to let me send anything wrong. Please excuse my bad English.

Thanks

British Customs

Hello Moorauge

The Epco exhaust is for the Thunderbird but will fit the Legend and Adventure as well. It's a direct bolt on with no modifications and rejetting your carbs is recommended, I have not done that yet. I got it through British Customs. Here's the link. If you have any more questions feel free to ask. I hope this helps.

Thank you very much. Now the long search is finally over. I will order them to me before the spring. Your Youtube movie is really great. The only reason I started to search for Epcos. The manufacturer is not known in Germany. You should be involved in the sales. ;)

Thanks

Hello rixmix great sounding pipes I am thinking about getting a set for my Tbird and was wondering if the mounting brackets were included?THANKS.

I reckon they sound about the same as my custom made stainless steel ones. Though I do get quite a bit of popping on the overrun.

It's OK but I understand it can be reduced by adjusting the airscrews?

Keep meaning to do a clip of mine but it's likely to be awhile now as they've started putting the dreaded salt down over here. :SadSigh
