I own an '02 Bonneville America. It runs great as long as it doesn't rain. When it rain's, the bike becomes very hesitant and jerky... any ideas on what might be causing this? The bike runs like a champ anyother time, but when it rains look out... If anyone's got any ideas, please let me know... Thanks in advance, Jeff

Might be your plug wires. Happened to me on a Mustang with brand new wires. Try putting the bike in the garage and run it in the dark with damp wires and look for sparks shooting around.

Make sure there is grease/silicone/electrical tape on the small wires plugging into the coils. Check other plug-in connectors that are getting rain.
