Hi all. I recently had a problem with my ECU on my 2000er Daytona 955i. The fan was running constantly and after seeing a post in the Speed Triple section I decided that I too had a fried ECU. I then bought a replacement SAGEM ECU from a Sprint and flashed a new map onto it. Fan stopped running! Result! No not quite. The bike now idles roughly and sometimes stalls. When I put the old ECU back in everything is fine.(I have fitted a switch to turn off the fan). I´ve reset the TPS but no change. Have I bought a duff ECU? I used the old air tube to the air box so it can´t be that . Any ideas?
