...in the back of my '05 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Maybe if you loosen the handlebars and don't have standard mirrors on. I've fit my bike easily into the back on a Ford van. We fit it in the back of a Toyota Previa, which is pretty ***** small.

what about a lowering strap type of set up on the front end? Why not just run a strap between the lower tree and the end of the fork? Seems like it would work to me.

I was sold a 1976 Honda MR 175 to a guy who layed it down in the trunk of his wife's car, so there is always enuogh room. :hammer:

I agree. When as a kid I bought my first 125cc dirtbike we brought it home on it's side & strapped to the roof of my mother's car.
:-D

She was not too happy about all the oil the bike dumped on the roof, though.
