Does anyone have experience installing the D2's?
I finally got my Denali D2 lights and need help installing them so they work the the OEM high/low switch.
I know that I have to tap into the low and high beam wires but dont know how to insure that I have the correct wires??
Thanks

Hi,
i installed the same ones. I tapped into the wire in the headlamp to trigger the High side, the blue/white wire at the bulb connection is the high beam. to make sure, use a volt meter and hit the pass button.
hope this helps

Wire location??:

Hi Tom, did you tap in in the headlight enclosure or further back behind the tank? I was hoping I didnt have to run wires into the headlight enclosure..

i had to go and check - I already had a tap into the enclosure (sealed with Silicone) to install the Garage door opener which used the same flash to pass switch. so when i did the lights i taped that. I know that the harness runs back under the tank/seat so i am sure you can get to it there. On the forum (forget where) there is a color wiring diagram for the Tiger, it makes it pretty easy. I will check the Service manual i have and get back in the am with the location.

thanks for your help. If I can tap in under the seat, of course that would be best. I'd like to not have to remove the tank.
