Hi all, I’m putting a 1997 t595 back on the road after a long time parked in a garage. I’ve drained the coolant and had a look through the hoses and where they join with the engine. I’ve spotted quite a lot of goop in those joins and have taken some of those off the bike to clean them properly. I have yet to take off the water pump cover. I’m having difficulty getting gaskets for these parts, and my own local Triumph dealer cannot find them on the parts pages. Does anyone know where I could find part numbers (or gaskets!) for the water pump cover, the top junction to the cylinder, and where the hose joins the engine in front of the starter motor ?? Pics attached.

I think the gasket for the bottom pic hose is #45 on the parts diagram. Part number T2102143. I'm not 100% sure looking at the diagram, it's not very clear the way it's drawn. I also think there is an O-ring behind the water pump cover #62 on the diagram and part number T3600230. Strange that they don't list these gaskets. You might have to make your own from appropriate gasket material. I've done it myself for other vehicles.

My go to site when I’m looking for parts and whether they’re still available.

World of Triumph uses the same diagrams as other dealerships. I checked them all. The cooling system diagrams do not list the gaskets. I checked other areas such as the engine, but nothing is listed. It's very strange considering how many parts are still available for these bikes.
